- I applied to participate in the event. When will I get a response from PianoCity for my candidacy?
The Artistic Direction evaluated all the proposals and gave a response to all the candidates. If you have not received a reply write to iscrizioni@pianocitymilano.it - Do I have to pay to attend the concerts?
No, all Piano City Milano concerts are free of charge.
- Which concert do I have to book?
You are required to book the opening event, the House Concerts and Cortili and some other City or Guest. You will find information regarding the full programme at every concert. - When do bookings open?
For the concerts by booking through the festival website (House, Cortili, City) they will open on Monday 6th May 2019, except the booking for the concert of Simone Quatrana and Ettore Bove at the Casa Circondariale S. Vittore that it will open on 18th April and end on 29th April. - Which are concerts free?
Most of the concerts are free of charge; it you must book or purchase a coupon only where specified. Always check the operational mode for each concert in the programme. - The concert I want to go is fully booked. What can I do?
Keep on checking availability, in case someone cancels his/her reservation. In this case you will be able to book following normal procedure. - Which concerts are available?
Almost every concert is free of charge. Be careful: some events have limited capacity, therefore access is allowed until seats are available. We highly recommend you to go to the venue in advance to guarantee you get a seat. - How do I know if there are still free seats for an event which requires booking?
To check the availability of a concert, proceed with the booking procedure. If it is fully booked, you’ll see the notice. - What happens if the concert is outdoors (garden, yard) or if it rains?
The concerts are held in many different locations and the weather conditions can be unpredictable. We suggest you check the news on our website or on the Facebook page. If you are not told otherwise, we suggest you go to the venue, where you will find staff members who will give you the right instructions. - Why do some events not have ‘tick box’?
the event may:
- Require booking, via email address or telephone number (click on DETAILS to find out).
- be free of charge until all seats are taken. We recommend you go to the event in advance to get you a seat. - Can I know the address where a house concert take place?
For reasons of privacy and security, the concert address where the concert will be held, will be communicated only when the person making the reservation. - Where can I find the Piano City Milano’s programme?
As soon as the online programme is released, you will be able to download the programme in PDF directly from the website. You will find the programme at the main cultural centres of Milan (museum, libraries, etc.) from the 23th of April.
